Join our team We're building a world where Identity belongs to you. **The Team** The Digital Team at Okta is looking for an exceptional Digital Web Strategist to drive strategic development of a world-class, end-to-end digital customer experience for Okta's digital ecosystem across the globe. If you are passionate about crafting innovative digital strategies and programs, turning digital analytics into actionable insights, and creating impactful optimizations that transform the business, this role is for you. **Digital Strategist** Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience, this role will help create and drive the overarching digital CX strategy across the globe, collaborating with multiple Okta functions ensuring alignment and driving pipeline results. **What you'll be doing** - Partner with creative leads, content creators, business stakeholders, and agency partners to transform digital journeys to drive business value and pipeline impact. - Utilize data and data insights to identify areas of opportunity. Develop a data driven optimization roadmap in partnership with the Digital Analytics team. - Partner and communicate effectively with business partners translating complex ideas into compelling, actionable recommendations. Translate the company brand promise, product positioning, solutioning, and go-to-market strategy into delightful digital experiences. - Collaborates with a digital cross-functional team of designers, developers, and user experience leads on understanding the goals, needs, vision aligning on business opportunities and roadmap priorities. - Works with product owners to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements to get the work broken down into roadmap/user stories, estimate the level of effort required to complete the project. - Work closely with the localization strategy team enabling global roadmap and vision alignment. - Understanding the core audience sentiment and the nuances between the different customers we impact. **What you'll bring to the role** - 6+ years of Digital strategic experience, preferably in startups marketing to B2B and B2C customers. - Excellent presentation, speaking, and communication skills; Excels at managing cross-functionally to drive digital outcomes. - Expert in creating digital strategy opportunity assessments and digital strategy plans incorporating customer feedback and engagement tactics to drive website engagement, conversions, leads, and marketing pipeline. - Strong management skills with an ability to drive end-to-end agile projects. - Strong knowledge of web marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with demonstrated expertise extracting actionable insights from available data and turning them into impactful optimization tactics. - Familiarity with SEO best-practices and its role in organic traffic impact. - Strong documentation skills to track and detail agreed strategies for organizational visibility - Familiarity of how to complete and run accurate testing across digital properties - Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines. - Solution driven. Able to propose efficient solutions that satisfy project requirements and enable project completion. - Strong attention to detail, impeccable organizational and time management skills. **And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following** - Experience working in and understanding of headless web systems - Familiar with the following platforms: Asana, Vercel, Adobe Experience Manager, Drift, STAT,, Google Analytics, and Salesforce - Expert in pulling data insight from platforms like Tableau, Google Analytics, etc. - Your primary desire is to "ship it" not "discuss it".
