Humberview Motorsports is looking for a **Receptionist **to join their team in Mississauga.

Our **Receptionists **are the face of the dealership and is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties.

The **Receptionist** works closely with all departments within the dealership, and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

**This role is for you if you thrive in a social environment and you have strong resolution skills**

**Job Duties**:

- Handle incoming calls, route and take messages.
- Greeting and supporting customers.
- Follow up on customer visits.
- Coordinating and processing customer’s payments.
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Dealership experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must bring a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- A strong team player who can work independently.
