**About Us**

T&F is a brick-and-mortar psychotherapy clinic offering In-Person and Virtual therapy. We are located in Long Branch, a quickly developing area in South Etobicoke. Minutes from Humber Collage Lakeshore Campus and SherwayGardens, T&F is nestled between several walk-in medical clinics, health clinics, dental clinics, beauty, fitness studios, and bakery cafes. Within walking distance from the waterfront, Long Branch is proud to have a little bit of everything.

T&F is on the search for a group of therapists who are ready to serve the demands of this growing community. With several condominium developments just steps away, the neighbourhood is changing rapidly to welcome the steady increase of new residents. T&F is building an intentional practice that will form a lasting part of the local neighbourhood.

With decreased restrictions and a renewed interest for in-person services, T&F is focused on bringing back the joy of tactile, experiential therapy, that was lost during the pandemic, while continuing to embrace the innovation and accessibility of virtual care.

**Position Details**:

- Independent Contractor
- 15-20hrs of availability per week. Open to discussion; please be aware that providing fewer hours can increase the time required to fill your practice.
- In-person, virtual, and hybrid options.
- Type of therapy: Individual & Couples
- Fluency in languages other than English is an asset.
- Evening and weekend availability is an asset, but not required.

**Compensation** **& Support**:

- Fee Split to be discussed (starting at $90+/hr)

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Masters degree from social work, psychology, counselling psychology, or other related fields.
- Registered and in good standing with their governinging body.
- Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), or Registered Social Worker.
- Ongoing external supervision, required.
- Private professional liability insurance, required.
- Experience working with racialized communities in a culturally responsive manner, an asset.
- Training and experience with trauma and trauma-informed care, an asset.
