**About the Opportunity**
The Board Executive Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for internal and external relations for the Executive Board members, which include the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The role provides high-level executive administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, organizing meetings, and drafting and managing communications and correspondence to ensure maximum efficiency and time value. This position requires professional maturity, discretion, and sound judgment to coordinate executive support and deliver confidential and effective services, aligning with the vision, mandate, and goals of MNBC.
