**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their grooming needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products available for purchase.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of grooming products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and retail sales is preferred.
- Must possess a valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
