**Job description**

MJB Technology Solutions, a business systems strategy and IT service integration company for small to medium-sized businesses is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Professional Services Team. Operating from Vancouver, BC, MJB Technology Solutions offers a variety of technical solutions to clients with a goal of providing clients with the best, most reliable IT management experience possible. MJB Technology Solutions is looking to hire this role within our Vancouver, BC office.

**The Business Analyst responsibilities/ deliverables may include, but may not be limited to**:

- Identification, defining, modeling and documenting business needs such as discussing the official agreements, Contracts with Clients
- Hands-on experience in Telecommunication industry and knowledgeable about the telecom company’s ecosystem, domain expertise and various technologies
- Presenting and communicating with the stakeholders from the various departments and sections within the organization
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills
- Working closely with the clients and vendors/stakeholders and follow the direction, guidance to reach a common goal
- Strong hands-on business consulting experience in Emerging Technology Innovation Development in the B2B space, Products & Services Development, Digital Platform/Ecosystem Development.
- Background with Digital Platform/Ecosystem business model, disruptive innovation change management.
- Optimize product profitability by establishing competitive price structures that capture value in the market, and meeting product and process rationalization and optimization targets.
- Understanding of the concepts of Business Analysis best practice, Project management, will be add on.
- Additionally, English and French are required.

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
