Project Construction Manager

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and closeout, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.
- Monitor and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Provide leadership in contract administration, procurement, and construction methodologies.
- Conduct site inspections, address technical issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Oversee progress reporting and communicate key project milestones to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure project management and/or construction management.
- Professional Engineering (P.Eng.), PMP, or Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and Alberta regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
