**Hiring Bonus for full-time workers**

**50-55% commission plus tips**

Family-owned and operated Daycare, Boarding and Grooming facility operating since 2009. Looking to add two more groomers to our team. Preferably full-time, but open to part-time applicants. Pay is based on commission plus tips.

Location: Downtown Victoria, BC.

**Job Description**:
Dedicated to service excellence with an undeniable love for pets, you are an experienced individual who will provide a wide range of grooming services such as:
Perform grooming services, including clipping, hand scissoring, general cleansing, parasite control baths, pedicures, general tidies and ear cleansing as requested for each pet. Duties also include walk in services as needed.

Must be able to share workspace but also be efficient working alone.

Utilize professional grooming techniques for a variety of dog breeds - cats optional. Incorporate grooming methods based on type of hair, coat, breed and owner instructions; bathe and dry animals; perform pedicures and clean ears.

Maintain sanitary salon conditions, assist in all general maintenance of grooming room.

Interact professionally and provide superior customer service and adapt/respond to different types of situations.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in grooming animals in a professional environment.

Days/Hours:
Full and part time hours available.
Must be available to work 1 Saturday per month, more if desired. (Huge opportunity for appointments)
Flexible schedule and hours.

Pay:
50-55% Commission, dependant on experience plus Tips

BONUS:
For full time workers we are offering a hiring bonus after probationary period completed.

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
