Dog Groomer

Tidy Tails is a busy, well-established grooming shop with loyal returning clients — and more waiting to book. We’re looking for an experienced groomer who works independently and wants a calm, clean, and respectful space to thrive.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of professional grooming experience
- Your own tools and active grooming insurance
- Strong time management and client communication
- Respect for shared space and clients

**Commission**: This is a _commission-based_ Independent Contractor position. Note: The hourly rate listed is only an approximate estimate for posting purposes.
- 50-60%, depending on experience and independence.
- You will earn 50%-60% commission (plus tips) per groom, and actual pay varies depending on dog size and breed, complexity, and your chosen schedule.
