**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our growing People and Culture Team. Are you a passionate talent development leader who is energized by developing leaders, building engaging cultures, and helping people meet their potential? As the Talent Development Manager, you will work collaboratively as part of the Talent Development team to design and deliver talent and organization development initiatives and programs that support our fast-growing firm's goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Development, this role will be a trusted partner to our leaders and staff. You will play an integral role leading strategic Talent Development initiatives including Leadership assessment and development, organizational development, talent pipeline development, and team and organizational performance.

**As the Talent Development Manager your key accountabilities will include**:

- Building multi-level leadership assessment and leadership development programs that deliver impactful outcomes for individual growth and organizational bench strength.
- Evolving the Nicola Wealth leadership capability framework, including designing strategic assessment and development experiences that build deep leadership capability and pipelines.
- Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of our firm's talent review and succession management processes, driving talent intelligence, pipeline development and internal mobility.
- Partnering with leaders across Nicola Wealth drive team and organizational performance using formal and informal programs that drive impactful individual and organizational outcomes.
- Partnering with leaders and staff at all levels across the business, including executive leadership, to proactively assess talent development needs, identify talent gaps, and delivery of talent development solutions.
- Developing and implementing Organization Development strategies to drive organizational growth and change.
- Partnering with leaders to build and enhance capability development programs that drive our talent strategy forward, including competency frameworks, skills assessments, and career pathing.
- Partnering with the Senior Manager, Talent Development to continuously improve our coaching program, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of our people, teams, and the organization.
- Being a culture ambassador. Embracing our high-performance high-care culture that values our people, community, and clients.
- Actively engaging in your own ongoing learning and development. Continuously building and improving skills and knowledge, bringing new insights and connections to the work we do.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in the Talent Development and People & Culture teams, sharing your expertise and ensuring strong alignment between our people strategies and talent development activity to drive high quality and meaningful outcomes. This includes participating in cross-functional projects as and when required.
