**About the Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- Support AI and automation projects, including chatbot development and app creation using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Collaborate with the Director of Systems and Technology to define and deliver impactful technology initiatives.
- Assist with data entry, cleanup, and minor troubleshooting tasks for internal teams.
- Document processes, including SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
- Gather requirements and feedback from business users to help shape technical solutions.
- Communicate project updates, blockers, and outcomes regularly with the project lead.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, chatbot frameworks, or cloud technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance.
