They will work in cooperation with fellow supervisors to manage the learning center staff ensuring that the School is run efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of service. They will meet weekly with the Snow School Director to ensure a clear line of communication has been established on school activities, budget guidelines and performance objectives. The Snow School Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that their daily supervisor cards are accurate, neat and maintained throughout the day. The information on that card will be used as a back up to the payroll program as well as used to settle disputes. They will also ensure the quality of Snow School products by monitoring the on-hill performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching to staff in a timely manner and performing service recovery to guests when necessary. **SEASONAL- PART TIME** **HOURLY WAGE- $20.91** **WHAT WILL I BE DOING?** **Learning Centre Management** - Allocating lessons - Managing staff schedules (done by in-office Spvr?) - Manage product pod limits in Sirius - Ensure Team Leaders have the necessary support to assist you with the operation of the learning center - Support the training program **Inputting Payroll** - Payroll to be inputted after each of the designated lesson times - Days when there are multiple supervisors at a bell, cards must be reconciled between the two supervisors with one of the supervisors responsible for inputting payroll - Supervisors that have Team Leaders reporting to them are reasonable for reviewing their cards and inputting the payroll - Supervisor cards are to be signed off by the supervisor and handed in at the end of each day - The night supervisor will be responsible for running the end of day payroll report and posting a copy for the pros. **Quality Management** - Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls. - Provide staff with on hill support when the opportunity presents itself, also relying on veteran staff for input and feedback. - Provide staff with immediate feedback when performance issues and good work are observed. - Refer to the daily staff feedback when completing the individual pros seasonal performance evaluations. - Manage the "Employee and Guest Experience" **WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?** - Previous Ski / Snowboard instructing experience - Experienced CSIA/CASI Level II, III or IV - Previous leadership experience **AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE** **BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW** Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
