**About this position**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team at Laserlicious as a front desk coordinator and possibly a part-time medical aesthetician. We are seeking someone who has a strong and confident personality, highly organized and has great time management skills as we are a very busy clinic.

This position is for a front desk coordinator but if you are a certified medical aesthetician of 1 year or more it would be a plus for this role as we could to have you grow into a medical aesthetician position eventually.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to work on time and maintain an excellent record of attendance
- Scheduling patient appointments while paying special attention to staff schedules, treatment room use, and service time allotment
- Prepare clients, products and treatment rooms for services and restock rooms throughout the day in between appointments.
- Process client payment swiftly and accurately
- Daily inventory at the start of every opening shift
- General office maintenance and organization
- Fill schedule openings for technicians by referencing client data sheets
- Preparing client files and ensuring that all proper consent forms are signed and completed

**Requirements**:

- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Docs)
- Passionate about all things beauty and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Medical Aesthetics Certification (1 year)
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and engage with clients in an outgoing and friendly manor.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to continuously learn and improve

*This position will be primarily front desk coordinator. Once you have mastered the front desk role, we will start to give you opportunities to take specialized courses and start seeing clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- office admin: 1 year (preferred)
