**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in the food industry is required.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while assisting guests with their selections.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant environment.
