**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial information and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation effectively.
- Experience in payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar bookkeeping role is a plus.
