Doug Tarry Homes has been committed to our customers in St Thomas and the surrounding areas since 1954. Our construction company is currently seeking a full-time **Cleaner **that is results focused with ability to work in both an individual and team-oriented environment.

This position is responsible to perform cleaning duties during the building construction phase, plus the completion stage.

**Qualifications**
- Physical strength, hand-eye and foot coordination and endurance required.
- Excellent balance
- Physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- High energy and ability to manage stress.
- Valid driver’s license
- Secondary school diploma

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and remove rubble, dirt, and waste from construction site.
- Clean and maintain assigned construction sites.
- Sweep and vacuum building floors and wash interior areas.
- Other various manual labour cleaning jobs as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
