**Part-Time/Cleaner -Couple**

Part time /Cleaner-Couple is required to take over the day-to-day operations. The Part time/cleaner-Couple will be our client’s customer service ambassador and be responsible to take care of the needs of the Residents located at **St. Thomas**

**Duties Include but not limited to**:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces in restrooms.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
