**Job Offer: Operations Manager - Stockholm Precision Tools** Stockholm Precision Tools (SPT) is a leading provider of high-quality surveying and measurement equipment for a variety of industries, including mining, oil and gas, and construction. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations in Ontario, Canada. As an "Ontario Operations Manager", you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating technical operations, and providing exceptional customer and technical service. You will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources and the timely completion of projects. **Responsibilities**: - Inventory management of tools - Maintain an updated list of assets in the country in the ERP - Provide advice to customers - Continuous market analysis - Execute and evaluate project planning and optimize available resources - Coordinate the operations of the technical team in the country - Prepare and present Quality Service Evaluation Meetings to the Customer. - Organize periodic changes of operations personnel. - Coordinate, motivate and evaluate the personnel in charge. - Follow-up on timely billing. - Participate in the preparation of tenders and reports required by Management. - Follow-up and visits to field projects. - Evaluate the performance of personnel under their supervision - Management and control of personnel income and departures to the field. - Comply with the established Integral Management System of the company. - Make responsible use of company resources, including water, energy, and raw materials. - Actively participate in the proper management of generated waste. - Know and comply with the Safety and Environment policies of SPT - Ensure compliance with the QHSE requirements of the client. KPI's will be clearly defined. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities - Proven experience in inventory management and technical operations - Experience in managing and motivating a team - Knowledge of QHSE policies and regulations - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems **Preferred Qualifications** - 2+ years' experience in the mining industry. - Experience operating survey equipment, and borehole operations. - Associate Degree in a technical or mechanical field, Bachelor’s degree or Technical Certificate in Engineering, Geomatics, or similar fields. - 2+ years' experience with Sales and Business Development. - Experience with CRM software, Microsoft 365, and computer/ electronic device experience.
