**The Opportunity**

**What you will be doing**
- Works closely with shipping and logistics groups;
- Organizes stock and maintains inventory;
- Receives/unloads/puts away product;
- Labels and stores raw materials according to established standard operating procedures;
- Labels and stores finished goods within the warehouse;
- Moves products between storage locations using manual and electric forklifts;
- Picks both internal and external sales orders for customers;
- Loads external trucks for deliveries;
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs;
- Wears personal protective equipment as necessary for the job;
- Works according to MDP’s and SOP’s related to the department.

**To qualify, you have**
- High School diploma combined with proven experience as a warehouse receiver or similar position;
- Able to operate a forklift, electric pallet jack or other transport vehicle safely and effectively;
- Working knowledge of computerized inventory control system;
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel or similar computer software systems;
- Able to maneuver heavy objects and lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively;
- Physically fit, ability to meet physical demands including reaching, bending, walking, standing and performing repetitive work;
- Possess basic math skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

**Salary**: $18.28 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
