**Inventor STEM School is an after-school learning center offering innovative enrichment programs in science, engineering, robotics, architecture, and coding for children ages 2.5-14.**

We are looking for a **Full-Time Admin & Sales Coordinator**who will be the welcoming face of our center and an essential part of our operations. This position combines front-desk administration, customer service, and sales support, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility in management and leadership over time.

**This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with kids and families, is highly organized, and has the ambition to grow into a management position in the future.**

**Responsibilities**

**Front Desk & Administration**
- Greet families and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage payments & registrations.
- Keep records organized in our student information system.
- Oversee supplies and support day-to-day operations.

**Sales & Customer Support**
- Provide general information about our classes & camps
- Promote additional services such as birthday parties, events & in-school services.
- Assist with outreach efforts (social media, flyers, community partnerships).
- Follow up with families about events or special offers.

**Leadership Growth (long-term)**
- Shadow the Center Director in daily operations, learning policies and systems.
- Take part in staff onboarding and support teachers during weekend classes.
- Gain experience in parent relations, event coordination, and problem-solving.
- Develop the skills needed to step into a leadership role if needed.

**Knowledge/Experience/Education**
- Experience in administration, customer service, sales
- Bilingual (English & French) is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Computer skills
- Interest in education and child-focused industries is an asset.
- **Must be available to work weekends**

**We offer flexible schedule with different options**:
Wednesday - Friday: 8am - 4pm

Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
