**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D models, fabrication drawings, and erection plans using Tekla Structures or similar software.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and shop teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and review shop drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior detailers.
- Assist the estimating department with material take-offs and project costing support.
- Resolve technical queries and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to improve detailing workflows and processes.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a structural steel detailer.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, erection processes, and industry standards.
- Experience preparing and checking detailed plans shop drawings, bills of material, and other documents for the manufacture and erection of steel members and assemblies.
- Knowledge of both AISC & CISC standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in material take-offs and an understanding of estimating workflows is an asset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
