**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

**Duties**
- Ability to do manual work to support daily projects and tasks when required.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Capable of performing general tasks on construction sites including carrying material and helping with various duties. Ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs and work under a variety of outdoor conditions.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively. Familiar with basic safety procedures and machinery operation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Experience**
- Skidsteer experience considered an asset, but not required.
- Willing to work in or near open excavation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions accurately.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
