**All Equip Repair & Service is currently looking to fill a Welding & Fabrication Supervisor position in our busy, fast growing Repair, Manufacturing, and Assembling Shops, located in St.Marys, On.**

**Details**:

- The Supervisor will report to the Shop Manager.
- Plan, schedule, assign and prioritize tasks/assignments to achieve the performance of all work
- Monitor assigned work activities to ensure implementation dates are met.
- Provide accurate daily/weekly/monthly status updates on all work activities within the team
- Manage key cost elements e.g. overtime, departmental expenses, HPU’s, MPS
- Use effective coaching techniques to train and develop leadership and technical capabilities of the team
- Maintain favorable working relationships with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment with mínimal supervision
