**JobSummary**:
Prepare paperwork and data entry for receiving area

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Prepare Bills of Lading for local outbound freight
- Data entry of parts and warehouse transfers
- Work with other departments to help resolve receiving issues
- Work with Quality department on inbound quality shipments
- Fix receiving errors
- Assist with tags, problems, etc.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of high school
- Good knowledge with computers
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other software (AS400, MAPICS)
- Must be well organized
- Ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Polite phone manner
