Affinity 1:1 is looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to the clients. The Client Support Representative will work closely with the sales team, operations, and other departments to ensure that customer support is top-notch.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to establish rapport with clients
- Self-driven
- Ability to work well in a high performing team environment
- Empathetic, professional, and personable demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Build relationships with customers by providing information and discussing needs
- Maintain customer records by entering information in our CRM
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Abide by all company policies and procedures
- Professionally represent clients at all times
- Develop and implement creative strategies to promote client brand identity.
- Connect in-person and build rapport with a variety of decision makers
- Assist in client data collection with accurate customer profiles
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Attend daily in-person board meetings
- Funding acquisition
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with flexible times

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate effectively in person with customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required - we are here to help We are a service-oriented company that values our customers' satisfaction. We provide full support to ensure your success. We will provide training on the specific skills listed here.
- Ability to work well with others to achieve team goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $700.00-$1,200.00 per week
