- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
