UCSH is looking for a full time **Project Coordinator, Door Hardware** position. This is an on-site position in our Markham location.

**WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT?**

Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

- Maintain and update the hardware schedule for the specific project
- Assist the Managing Director to review and ensure the accuracy of the hardware schedule before submitting to the customers
- Interact with customers on any inquiries they have, and suggest solutions for them
- Assist with material pricing and quote request
- Build relationships with suppliers and vendors to price and negotiate for the best price and delivery schedule in accordance to the projects’ timeline
- Coordinate products delivery with customers and warehouse department
- Other duties as assigned

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS**:

- Minimum High School Diploma, College Diploma/University Degree is preferred
- 3-5 years experience working with Commercial Doors, Frames & Hardware industry
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Familiar with architectural plans and shop drawing is an asset
- Ability to work independently and work as a team
- Strong research abilities, including the capacity to gather and analyze information effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
