Do you have experience in curtain wall, aluminum windows/doors and or construction industry?

**Responsibilities**:

- Review bids, make up with respect to RFQ's, RFI's and assemble accurate estimates for clients in construction management and design build.
- Prepare and submit bids based on requirements.
- Risk assessment of each Project before quoting.
- Plan and initiate Project kick off and estimating turnover meetings with project team.
- Track projects from start to completion and avoid bottlenecks on the Project.
- Tracking and hitting KPI targets efficiently.
- Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and sub trades.
- Work closely with Sales, assist in pricing and technical queries.

Skills and Requirements
- Background in construction or architectural technology.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in industrial construction; commercial construction; renovation; interior and space planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to correspond with clients and vendors in a courteous, clear, and concise manner.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and other requirements.
- Must have good attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.
- Result-oriented and matured personality
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Competent user of Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $40,000-$60,000 per year

**Experience**:

- Construction Industry: at least 3 years (required)

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
