**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Stormtec, a leading provider of water management services. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all equipment and consumable movements, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Field Services, and third-party logistics to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Salary**: $24 CAD/HR to $27 CAD/HR (depending on experience); this position is OT eligible depending on business needs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow safe work procedures and act safely in the office and warehouse
- Update the Mob/Demob Calendar daily by actively collecting information from the Sales and Operations teams
- Schedule in-house or third-party deliveries as needed
- Send daily delivery schedules to Operations and Sales
- Issue purchase orders as required for third-party trucking or consumables
- Manage the CO2 supply and delivery
- Update the status of request service tickets daily
- Update weekly reports of 21K tank inventory and third-party diesel pumps
- Book ferry upon request
- Manage logistics quotation requests from departments as needed
- Assist with shipping, and receiving activities as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics is an asset
- Post secondary education in related field o
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient with basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Work Environment**:

- Warehouse setting with exposure to outdoor elements.
- May require extended hours during peak periods or emergencies.
