The Administrative Support role will be responsible for efficient, day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**
- Prepare product labels and circulate to Quality Department for approval
- Supply requisitions for internal departments
- Issuing components from inventory based on departmental requisitions
- Reconciliation of inventory counts
- Assist with laundering of scrubs
- Data entry, filing and maintaining smooth workflow
- Assist finance with entering and reconciling invoices
- Work safely, report all workplace hazards and follow all Maricann’s Health and Safety policies and procedures, Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Participate in annual health and safety training provided by Maricann
- Adheres to all Maricann’s policies and procedures
- Attend and participate in team and supervision meetings
- Attend and participate in all required training such as but not limited to WHMIS, AODA, and Health and Safety
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
