- Prepare and cook menu items to The Mill Tavern’s standards of quality and freshness.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all dishes are prepared promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and fun team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible and dependable individual.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must have a car as there is no bus service to our location.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
