**_Marketing Solutions Specialist_**

Precision Design & Manufacturing (PDM) is looking for a Marketing Solutions Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for social media and marketing who is willing to learn and inspired to try new things and develop new strategies. We are looking for someone that is creative and well organized, experience in the industry is an asset. PDM operates a number of businesses in the Westlock area so this role will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing efforts.
- DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Help manage social media accounts, Google Advertising Accounts and all websites for Precision Companies.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.
- Gather information about competition, consumer demographics, pricing, distributions, and other relevant information that would help a company know its position on the market.
- Stay updated on current promotions of each manufacturer
- Oversee vinyl projects given to the marketing department
- Develop and track all in-office and out-of-office advertising
- Organize and execute (or assist management team with) business events (tradeshows, rallies, open houses, launch events, etc )
- Design and order promotion items, retail pieces and employee swag
- Be an outgoing, energetic people person.
- Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS_
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position is not required but would be an asset. Related diploma in marketing or communications would also be an asset.
- Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc )
- Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-starter and detail oriented
- Creative thinking with problem-solving skills
- Data-driven analytical aptitude
- Video/social media/digital media creation experience with knowledge of “tools of the trade”
- Ability to think outside the box

- Some traveling, nights and weekends required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westlock, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Expected start date: 2021-06-01
