SMITH is a contemporary restaurant featuring locally sourced ingredients, and Riverstone Spa is a full-service spa, both located within the hotel.

**Position Summary**:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. In this role, you will greet and assist guests, manage incoming phone calls, and provide detailed information about our spa services, treatments, and products. Most importantly, you will create a positive and memorable client experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional, friendly, and organized front desk environment.

**Duties**:

- Accurately schedule, modify, and cancel spa appointments while maintaining the appointment system.
- Warmly greet and acknowledge all guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Provide guests and callers with clear, detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and services.
- Confidently and efficiently operate spa computer systems and software.
- Build and maintain professional, positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all guest information and matters.
- Support the spa team by assisting in various areas of spa operations as needed.
