As a Guest Experience Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the restaurant. You will hire and train service staff, ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standard routines are followed. You will be responsible for ordering food and beverage supplies and look to achieve optimal pricing and meet budgeted costs. You will ensure the food is prepared correctly and quickly while achieving excellent customer service for our guests. Scheduling and tracking invoices will also be a main responsibility.

- Use conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Assist with the tracking of sales, invoicing, and managing inventory
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Growing sales with marketing skills

Qualifications for a Manager
- 2+ years of experience working as a full-service restaurant supervisor/manager
- Must have experience working both front-of-house and back-of-house
- Valid Food Handler and Smart Serve certifications
- Must have marketing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management
- Superior attention to detail
- Proficient with budgeting
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and frequent late nights
- Expert in hiring staff
- Ability to follow opening and closing duties as Manager on Duty

Salary starts from $45,000+ with benefits. Competitive salary and benefits are provided depending on experience and capability.
