**Responsibilities**:
The Community Director (Property Manager) will be responsible for all aspects of efficient operations to include, but not be limited to:
Effective management of one''s team

Streamlining processes

Providing front-line support as needed

Demonstrate outstanding customer service

Composing annual budgets

Marketing

General Maintenance

Investigating and resolving tenant complaints

Enforcing rules of occupancy

Qualifications:
2+ years of industry experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Knowledge of computer operating systems (i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel); knowledge of Yardi is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
