**THE OVERNIGHT SAUCE PRODUCTION TEAM HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Prepare and execute the production of our patented sauce recipe
- Prepare ingredients for the sauce including vegetables and spice mix prep and grinding of meat products
- Utilize various tools and processing equipment including meat grinder, commercial immersion blender, and others as required
- Load raw ingredients into cooking machines and measure correct amounts needed by following specific company recipes
- Verify that finished materials meet quality standards of the company by utilizing appropriate quality assurance techniques and tests as directed
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment for food preparation, processing, storage, and packaging
- Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace by following company and CFIA cleanliness standards
- Other duties as assigned

**OVERNIGHT SAUCE PRODUCTION POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years’ food manufacturing or preparation experience an asset
- Experience in a HACCP approved food manufacturing facility an asset
- Understanding of food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work overnight Sunday through Thursday weekly
- Reliable transportation required
