Production Line Manager

Winona’s Harvest has an immediate need for a production line manager position. The following are duties and responsibilities pertaining to this position.

NOTE: This is a hands on job and involves not only supervising production staff but also has responsibilities for prep, cooking, and rough cleaning.

These include but are not limited to:
Arriving for a shift on time and ready to work at the time designated in the Homebase app schedule.
Have experience managing production line workers.
Being able to follow and execute detailed instructions pertaining to:

- Cooking of sauces, pastas
- HACCP protocols
- GMPs
- Cleaning and sanitizing of production facility
- Food safety records and documentation
- Observe and practice good hygiene (washing hands, etc).
- Observing all good manufacturing processes as directed in the GMP training and documentation.
- Observing and have knowledge of all sanitation practices as directed in the sanitation training.
- Observing and have knowledge of all allergen rules as directed in the allergen training.
- Observing and have knowledge of what the critical control points are related to production as directed in the HACCP training.
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time while on the production floor.
- Being involved in various aspects of the production of finished product.
- Bringing garbage to dumpster.
- Packaging finished product in cases for delivery.
- Being able to read a packing slip and prepare orders for shipping.
- Understanding all basic shipping and practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
