Calgary, Canada Bondars Furniture Full time

We are looking for a full-time sales and design consultant who is a good listener, an effective problem-solver, detail-oriented and passionate about sharing their love of beautiful furniture.

Key responsibilities:

- Contribute to sales achievement and reach sales goals as communicated by management.
- Provide courteous, efficient service to walk-in clients.
- Determine client needs/goals by asking questions and viewing visuals such as photos and floor plans.
- Build relationships with clients through effective communication and sharing of product knowledge.
- Demonstrate company standards when dealing with clients and colleagues alike.
- Adhere to company policy to ensure brand consistency and efficient workflow.
- Provide and receive appropriate feedback with colleagues and management.
- Maintain display standards and tidy showroom as needed.
- Attend product knowledge meetings and sales meetings as required.

Essential skills:

- Previous sales experience, furniture sales experience preferred
- Ability to build a client base and offer creative solutions to furnish clients’ homes
- Good written and verbal language skills (English, other languages an asset)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Availability to work weekends, some holidays

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
