**Position Overview**:As a ?Sales Consultant specializing in Silk Plants and home decor you will play a crucial role working with our amazing customers with all their design needs.. This position involves tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and most importantly customer service. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and love customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Provide knowledge and offer personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely positive manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Assist in occasional customer order inquiries or returns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience is a must
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in and appreciation for customer service and design.

**Salary**: From $19.50 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
