**What You’ll Do**
- Interpret detailed shop drawings with accuracy.
- Set up and operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
- Select, measure, cut, drill, and shape wood using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Ensure every product meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Pay close attention to detail and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience: 3-5 years in a woodworking or cabinetry shop.
- Education: Community College or Technical College diploma in cabinetry or a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong shop math skills (geometry, basic statistics) and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Show adaptability and confidence in new situations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and embrace challenges.
- Strive for results and take pride in craftsmanship.
