**Machine Operator - Shediac**

For over 50 years, Glenwood Kitchen has been a leader in custom cabinetry across Atlantic Canada, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. We are seeking a skilled Wood Machine Operator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and process work orders accurately
- Operate machines to measure, cut, drill, and shape wood
- Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
- Adjust and replace machine components as needed
- Maintain organized workspaces and equipment
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; carpentry or woodworking courses an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in an industrial setting with safety and production standards
- Strong shop math skills (imperial and metric), including geometry and basic statistics
- Committed to continuous learning and process improvement
- Effective communicator with a results-driven mindset
- Positive, confident, and team-oriented

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
