**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Distribution Managers, **we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of Managed Order Guide quality improvement strategy
- Define team KPIs and how to meet them
- Develop and monitor metrics to ensure distributors meet contractual obligations
- Manage distributor accountability; KPIs, Service Level Metrics
- Liaise with distributor contacts to take action regarding new initiatives and for conflict resolution
- Generate and post reports as requested
- Work with Foodbuy Canada team to improve KPI’s
- Maintain strong working relationship with contracted distributors and monitor compliance to established contracts
- Maintain distributor mark-up schedule and ensure all distributors are adhering to program obligations
- Deliver Purchasing Policy and provide any clarification or explanations to the Foodbuy Canada team
- Hot Button Bulletins, Recalls, Product Withdrawals
- Special Projects
Think you have what it takes to be our **Distribution Manager**? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, purchasing, logistics, marketing or related studies
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Project management experience
- A customer centered focus with strong interpersonal skills; foodservice industry experience would be an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines
- Ability to effectively coordinate activity and communicate with cross functional personnel, as well as system partners and their representatives
- Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize as well as develop, implement and evaluate action plans
- Adaptable to change
- Bilingual French/English would be an asset
