**Job Summary**:
As the Program Manager, Distribution, you will be responsible for the management of medium to large distribution partners through establishing and executing business plans and identifying opportunities to increase value-add services.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Extract new value from distributor relationships through contract optimization, joint business planning and partnership activities
- Complete ad hoc analysis, market trends, marketing/communication opportunities and opportunity analysis
- Collaborate with compliance department to optimize availability of products and propose the most effective route to market
- Owns customer relations regarding service, merchandising, and display opportunities with the goal of expanding profitability to existing customer base
- Manage customer complaints to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following-up with customer to ensure resolution and complete satisfaction
- Seek to reduce logistic costs and improve supply chain efficiencies
- Work with team in developing and monitoring all distributor 12-month business plans as well as the quarterly business reviews
- Evaluate on-going service level requirements, maintain distributor scorecards
- Act as key liaison for customer/sector service level issues and improvements
- Manage monthly forecast activities work with supervisor to ensure accurate and timely forecast activities and reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned

**About you**:

- 4+ years’ experience in a supply chain function (planning, manufacturing, distribution, compliance, logistics, procurement)
- Bachelor’s degree strongly recommended or equivalent work experience
- Experience negotiating and building relationships at senior levels
- Proven record in developing strategic business plans, creating annual budgets, and managing cross functional projects
- Strong financial and forecast experience with strong business acumen and analytical mind
- Strong professional presentation and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Energy to operate at pace in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple agenda
