The Customer Experience Specialist (Bilingual) is an entry level position with opportunities to develop and build a career that offers a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate customer service skills within a fast-paced team environment.
- Primary point of contact for customers placing orders with CGC
- Receives and processes customer orders and answers customer inquiries, including follow up as required, in a timely manner with a consistently high level of quality
- Build strong relationships and communicates effectively with all departments
- Positive Team player actively sharing the workload
- Supports Sales and Marketing efforts related to specific product focus or information gathering as required.
- Responsible for meeting specific individual/team operational metrics as defined in the Customer Service scorecard.

- Point de contact principal pour les clients plaçant des commandes auprès de CGC
- Reçoit et traite les commandes des clients et répond aux demandes des clients, y compris le suivi si nécessaire, en temps opportun avec un niveau de qualité élevé et constant
- Établir des relations solides et communiquer efficacement avec tous les départements
- Esprit d’équipe positive partageant activement la charge de travail
- Soutient les efforts de vente et de marketing liés à une concentrer sur produit spécifique ou à la collecte d'informations, au besoin.
- Responsable de répondre aux mesures opérationnelles individuelles / d'équipe spécifiques telles que définies dans la fiche d’objectifs du service à la clientèle
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Significant relevant experience may be considered degree equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate proven success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
- Fluency in French/English is required.

Baccalauréat en commerce, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Une expérience pertinente significative peut être considérée comme équivalente à un diplôme.
- Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle ou de vente préférée
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et de service à la clientèle.
- Doit être une personne sociable et orientée vers les résultats qui intègre et met l'accent sur la sécurité et la qualité dans tous les aspects de l'environnement de travail quotidien.
- Grande attention aux détails.
- Doit démontrer un succès avéré à travailler de façon indépendante avec un sentiment d'urgence et un haut niveau de concentration sur le client.
- La maîtrise du français / anglais est requise.
