**Responsibilities /Tasks**
- Supervise a team of +/- 5 test engineers/designers
- Ensure the development of reliable and relevant tests that will allow us to evaluate the quality of products tested to orient the users in their buying decision
- Plan and manage the operations related to tests development of products categories assigned to team members
- Define and ensure the update of the work processes
- Organize and plan the team workload in an optimal and efficient manner to reach the expected objectives
- Establish the performance norms for team members and provide regular feedback
- Integrate, train and coach team members to develop their skills and career possibilities
- Ensure technical expertise on the quality of the tests
- Ensure a watch on the evaluated products and on the industry in order to be up to date with the latest trends
- Support team members and represent the department on the technical aspects of the work
- Facilitate and ensure interrelations with the other departments within the organization
- Develop and maintain collaboration and good relations with the other departments
- Convey the company values while listening to the employees and the needs of the company
- Contribute to the development and maintain a work environment suitable to the well-being and performance of the employees
- Develop a culture of openness and continuous improvement

- You have a great ability to organize, coordinate, manage the employees' workload and achieve the expected results
- You are customer oriented
- You have a sense of organization, priority management and have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- You can establish credibility and have an influential leadership with employees and colleagues
- You are oriented towards results, optimization and simplification of approaches and presentations
- You have a great ability for analysis, synthesis, creativity and problem solving
- You love doing research, analyzing, and comparing products. You typically spend weeks doing research before buying something
- You are known for your team spirit, resourcefulness, autonomy, and flexibility
**Qualification/Experience**
- 5+ years of working experience in engineering or in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in a team supervising role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, computer, software, etc.) or relevant background/experiences
- Good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
