**Schedule Details**
- Open Availability
- Shifts vary between 8:00 a.m. until 9:15 p.m.
- Evenings and Weekends Required

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Keeping buildings and property in clean and orderly condition.
- Performing routine maintenance activities.
- Performing heavy cleaning duties.
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming floors.
- Gathering and emptying trash.
- Scrubbing, sanitizing, and stocking restroom facilities.
- All food-contact surfaces are scrubbed, sanitized, and stocked.
- Dusting furniture, walls, and equipment.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers.
- Cleaning solutions and chemicals must be mixed and handled in containers according to instructions and in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and procedures, including WHIMIS.
- Following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Notifying managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Performing snow removal, if applicable.
- Salting the sidewalks and walkways around the store when ice is a concern.
- Keeping external facilities free of garbage and other hazards.
- Representing ICS both in and out of the store.
- Adhering to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, and other programs and initiatives.
- Other duties as required.
- High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.
- A minimum of one year experience in a customer focused role

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent listening skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a professional image at all times
- Work independently with little direct supervision
- Have a well-balanced concern for both task and people
- Have a genuine concern for needs of customers

**Working conditions**
- Job requires employee to work a variety of shifts including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Job also requires employee to work with challenging customers and/or situations.
- Employees will be exposed to cold temperatures when accessing our frozen goods section and refrigerated areas.

**Physical Requirements**
- Long periods of standing and walking
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Manual and repetitive tasks
- Individuals will be required to lift, move, and push up to 50 lbs
