**About the job**:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Leader to grow and manage the sales funnel for Trexo Home Devices — starting in Canada, with the potential to expand into new markets. This is our first hire in this role, and you will play a key part in shaping our sales strategy. You will lead and coach a small sales team while staying hands-on in the sales process yourself. Working closely with marketing and customer support, you will help align strategy, stay ahead of market trends, and drive long-term growth.

Your impact will be directly tied to your compensation: a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

**About you**:
**What you'll do**:

- Lead and grow the sales funnel for Trexo Home Devices, achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Manage and coach a small team of Sales Representatives, supporting their success through regular feedback and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook to standardize and improve the sales process.
- Optimize sales operations, including pipeline management, CRM usage, and reporting workflows.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective customers and referral sources.
- Working closely with Head of Marketing and conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in Canada.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

**Required Skills**:

- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development for medical devices, ideally in mobility or medical devices for home use.
- 4+ years of experience leading a small team.
- Proven success in relationship-driven sales and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel across North America as needed.

- Experience with insurance claims/ medical reimbursements process.
