As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Associate to join our team.

**Overview**:
As a Sales Associate at Three Trees Flooring, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing unparalleled service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect hardwood flooring options for their homes or projects while ensuring a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to customers, assisting them in selecting the most suitable hardwood flooring solutions.
- Showcase our extensive range of hardwood flooring products, highlighting their features, benefits, and installation requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment, ensuring that all displays are well
- stocked and attractively presented.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance before, during and after the sales process.
- Work independently and as well as a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the home improvement or flooring industry.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hardwood flooring products, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written communications skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
