**Some of what you will do**:
We are seeking an experienced **Supply Chain Replenishment Manager**to lead a team of Replenishment Analysts through a critical phase of our supply chain transformation. As we embark on a multi-year journey to evolve into a best-in-class supply chain organization, this role will be instrumental in bringing expert knowledge of replenishment practices, driving operational excellence, and shaping future-state processes.

You will be accountable for performance metrics, talent development, and fostering strong internal and external partnerships to align strategies and deliver measurable results.

**Specifically, You Will**:

- **Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team**of Replenishment Analysts by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement.
- **Monitor and manage key inventory and service metrics**(e.g., in-stock %, turns, fill rates, forecast accuracy) to proactively identify trends, manage risks, and ensure team KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- **Drive process improvement and transformation**by analyzing gaps in current processes, implementing standardized practices, and championing efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
- **Act as the primary escalation point**for complex or high-impact inventory and service-level challenges, using sound judgment to resolve issues quickly and collaboratively.
- **Balance service levels with financial objectives**by optimizing inventory levels within budget targets and leading strategic initiatives to reduce excess inventory and improve productivity.
- **Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising and Operations**to align replenishment strategies with sales plans, promotions, and demand forecasts.
- **Collaborate with the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence**and external suppliers on best practices, shared forecasts, and joint performance improvement initiatives.
- **Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and senior leadership**on team performance, supply chain health, and key initiatives.

**Some of what you need**:

- **Bachelor’s degree**in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred.
- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office**, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling), plus strong skills in Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- **Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL**for data extraction, analysis, and dashboard creation.
- **Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills**with the ability to manipulate large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- **Proficiency with planning and replenishment systems**such as JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- **Experience leading teams in a fast-paced or complex environment**, with demonstrated success managing performance metrics and fostering high engagement.
- **Strong communication and relationship-building skills**, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and external partners.
- **Experience with process improvement and system implementation**initiatives is considered an asset.
