**Southwest Agromart is looking for an outgoing and process oriented individual to join our high performing team at our Ridgetown location.**

**CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SUPPORT**:

- Assists the sales team with executing the defined sales marketing plans, with the specific customer base, to meet territory expectations.
- Provides customers with informed knowledge on SWAg’s sales marketing programs.
- Identifies sales opportunities in the region, providing information to the sales team as needed.
- Coordinates customer requests and sales with operations staff to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Communicates with the customer base using all legislative information to assist them (e.g. 4R’s).

**OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION**:

- Assists with crop inputs logistics at the location including data entry, recordkeeping and third party relationships.
- Assists the Location with inventory management, ordering and monthly/yearly counts.
- Provides support to EH&S policies and procedures within the region.
- Responsible for A/R data entry including processing orders, invoicing and file management that is consistent with SWAg guidelines and policies.
- Responsible for A/P data entry including coding invoices and making payments to suppliers that is consistent with SWAg guidelines and policies.
- Assists the regional team with account reconciliations, sales reporting and document management.
- Assists the Admin Lead with accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
